be challenging. Each program can have a different philosophy on how
the body functions and what you should be eating
Some of these programs will tell you the exact opposite of
another program. For example, eat no carbs and all protein, or eat
only good carbs and low protein. We are providing you with all the

Some weight loss programs can be very hard to maintain with certain medical
conditions. Always check with your doctor before starting any new
program.

Simply watching what you eat and adding daily exercise is a great way to

Think of your
weight loss program like you would your
checkbook. If your balance is 2000 Dollars (calories) per day,
subtract out the dollars (calories) your body burns each day,
including any exercise you do. Then add the dollars (calories) of the
food that you eat in one day. If you want to lose weight you
will need a positive balance on a daily balance. If your account is
negative, then you will be gaining weight.
