Day 1
6 Week Diet and Fitness Program
Day 1 of 42 is off to a great start. In preparation
for the six week diet program, I indulged on lots of ice cream and apple pie
the day before I started. Although I might have countered some of the
calories with my 3-mile fast walk.
I started off my day with my usual 2 cups of coffee.
Sometimes I have more, rarely do I have less. I guess you could say I
have an addiction to coffee. One thing I did notice is that the
creamer I use has 25 calories for 1 TBSP. I have never measured the
creamer, so I am not quite sure how much I am using. Probably, I am
using 2-3 TBSP per cup of coffee. This is one adjustment I will need
to make.
The other option is to just use regular milk for the coffee.
Of course I drink 2% milk (I have no intentions of switching to 1% or skim
milk) so there are probably the same amount of calories when I use
milk instead of creamer.

1 Quesadilla with pepper jack cheese 230
Handful of Pringle Chips 80
Medium Bowl of Melon 120
Ice Cream Cone at Dairy Queen 200

4 Buffalo chicken wings 130

Exercise for the whole day:
Nothing!!! It was raining outside and I didn't feel
like going to the gym or doing the treadmill. |
